“Cool kids” are everywhere right now and it could be quite annoying really. That being said, it was with refreshing enthusiasm that I followed Converse’s #ForeverChuck trail. Everything about this campaign makes absolute sense. No phoney business or a faux ardour to win over impassive crews, everything about the #ForeverChuck movement (I much prefer to call it a movement) reps the iconic brand’s known ethos. Rooted in youth culture, Chuck Taylor has been and will continue to be, an ever-lasting symbol — never a trend. Facts only! Last night, the brand debuted the most pinnacle piece of the Forever Chuck film paying homage to today’s diverse collective of individuals who are set to drive and redefine youth culture. Once again, proving an everlasting relevance perfectly accomplished by Converse.
